All ChimeNet customers can have 24/7/365 assurance that if one of their WAN connections happens to go down, a ChimeNet engineer will respond within 15 minutes. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is set up, whether during business or after hours, to notify our Help Desk of all outages. ChimeNet has multiple engineers on call at all times to ensure that when a problem arises someone will be available to attend to your needs.

ChimeNet offers customizable web-viewable bandwidth reports. Each customer can view his or her reports through a web login. Reports generated are fully customizable. You can choose to look at just today's graph, last week's graph, or any time period specified. Graphs can be displayed as detailed data, or a picture graph. ChimeNet provides different types of reports depending on the technology being monitored.
