- Unsolicited email reduction - The Sophos spam engine is used to detect likely spam messages and quarantine them subject to the customer's spam handling policies. Spam signatures from Sophos are updated once per hour to keep up on the latest spam trends.
- Email content management - Inbound and outbound email can be scanned for the presence of words and/or number patterns to prevent sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers from being emailed in or out.
